  1. Voo de Mar says:
    Points won by each set: [ 42-46, 34-27, 35-32 ]
Points won directly behind the serve:
    28 % Rosset – 36 of 125
    30 % Henman – 28 of 91

Rosset – the Olympic gold medalist from Barcelona ’92 – despite such a great experience obtained in a ‘best of 5’ event & being very dangerous opponent for the best players in the world for the entire decade, he was constantly disappointing at majors (modest record: 45-51). He played only two good tournaments – the French Open ’96 as he reached the semifinals, and the Australian Open ’99 when advanced to the quarterfinals as player ranked No. 31. In the third round he notched his best major win among those 45 victories (ranking-wise), eliminating Henman [7] in straight sets. The Brit was two points away from taking first & third sets (led 5:2 on serve in the tie-break to lose five points in a row), and also led *3:2 (40/30) in the 2nd set when unexpectedly was broken twice.
