   Even though the 19-year-old Kyrgios [53] lost that match decisively, it seemed that his Slam triumph would be a matter of time. He already had played two Slam quarterfinals at two different venues (following Wimbledon ’14). His glory at the biggest arenas wasn’t meant to be though, he needed to wait 7 years to finally play his first (and last) major final which he lost… Murray [6] neutralised Kyrgios’ big serve, nonetheless the Australian had still some other tools in his box, and there was 5-all in the tie-break – the Scot won two points in a row then, and the 3rd set was a formality.
