    In the tie-break Edberg [2] fought off three set points (7:8, 8:9*, 9:10). He won the 4th set despite facing break points in three service games. In the decider, Ivanisevic [8] erased a break point at 2-all with an ace. Also service bombs helped him to save three break points as he was serving to secure his berth in the semifinals. Certainly the 2nd set was crucial, prior to it Edberg won all their nine sets if they had gone to 5-all!
